Welcome to Koskela Kitchen, an extension of Australian lifestyle brand, Koskela.
We’ve created a warm, relaxed environment to enjoy food that connects the values of Koskela with the table. Our menu uses traditional techniques delivered simply and features Australian ingredients, driven by the seasons. We offer a tight, carefully edited wine list for lunch- one sparkling and a white, orange and red wine with beer by local brewer, Nomad.
Our garden is being replanted with herbs that can be used by the chefs - roots, seeds and leaves. At this stage, we are open for breakfast and lunch (including take away) and our unique space is available for functions, such as weddings and private events.
The talented kitchen team is headed up by Michael Box who has spent time at Nomad and Momofuku and the restaurant is managed by Lea Fenton, formerly at Sake.
